While summer breaks are super fun for the kids, you know it’s
hard to keep everything they learned the prior school year fresh in their
minds. When you have 8-10 weeks off, things can tend to get…lost.
If you’re wanting to make sure to keeps your
kids learning throughout the summer, without bogging them down, here are some
ideas:
— Educational games. Who doesn’t
like to play games, right?
— Make some math flashcards, and periodically
throughout the summer, do short and quick math drills.
— Science experiments or art projects
that you wanted to do, but were unable to get to during the school year.
These are just a tiny few of the things out there that can keep
information and knowledge fresh in your wee ones’
minds. What fun summer learning activities would you add to these?
